For grassroots clubs & community organisations

Getting communities ready for the new digital landscape.

Club Builder looks after the digital side of your club. We keep your website current, plan communication around your season and set up practical AI tools that take routine work off your volunteers, with someone from your club approving anything that goes public.

Why we exist

Clubs bring people together. Their digital work shouldn't wear volunteers down.

Grassroots clubs run on volunteers. The person coaching on Tuesday night and running the canteen on Saturday is often the same person updating the website, answering messages and posting the fixture late on Sunday.

Modern tools can carry a lot of that load, but they rarely arrive ready for a local club. Our purpose is to give community organisations practical access to that technology, and to keep supporting them as it changes.

  • Less adminRoutine updates and replies are prepared for you, ready to check.
  • Current informationTimes, venues and contacts that match what's actually happening.
  • Consistent communicationA steady rhythm of updates from rego day through to presentation night.
  • More time for the communityVolunteers back on the court, in the clubhouse and with members.

What we do

Four things we look after.

Start with one or combine them. Each is set up around how your club already works, from the indoor stadium to the local oval.

Websites that stay current

Your website, kept as current as your club.

  • We modernise your existing site where it needs it
  • News, fixtures, contacts and registration details updated through the season
  • Sponsor recognition kept up to date
  • At your clubUnder-12s training moves from Tuesday to Wednesday. The team page, the training schedule and the calendar all change together, the same week.

Communication planned around your season

Posts and updates planned around the shape of your season.

  • A content calendar built around registrations, trials, fixtures, finals and club events
  • Social posts prepared in advance
  • Scheduled only once your club has approved them
  • At your clubRego reminders start four weeks out, the trial day is promoted the week before, and finals posts are drafted as soon as the draw is released.

Digital assistants for everyday enquiries

Answers for parents and players, even at 9pm on a school night.

  • Answers common questions using only information your club has approved
  • Passes anything else to the right person
  • Your club decides what it can and can't answer
  • At your clubA parent asks what time the under-9s play and where to buy a uniform, and gets an answer straight away. A question about a refund goes to the treasurer.

Connections between the tools you already use

Enter it once, and it shows up wherever it's needed.

  • Calendars, competition platforms and statistics systems, connected where access and permissions allow
  • What we can connect depends on each platform's access options and your club's permissions
  • At your clubFixtures from your competition platform appear in the website calendar, and weekend results feed straight into the Monday wrap-up draft.

What we mean by “agents”

Agents are software tools that help prepare updates, organise information and carry out tasks your club has agreed to. They work from the information you've approved, within the limits you set.

People stay in charge. Anything public-facing is reviewed by a nominated person at your club before it's published, with particular care for anything involving junior players.

How it works

Three stages, at your club's pace.

  1. Understand your club

We learn how your club runs: the people involved, the season ahead, what's taking up volunteer time and the tools you already use.

  2. Set up a focused service

We agree on your priorities and set up a service around them, starting with what will make the biggest difference this season.

  3. Keep it running and improve

We look after it through the season, review what's working with you and adjust as your club's needs change.

Your existing tools

We work with your existing website, accounts and platforms wherever we can. A complete website rebuild is only proposed when it would genuinely help.

Illustrative example

From approved information to published updates.

Here's how a typical piece of work moves through the service.

  1. The club supplies

Approved season dates, team photographs and sponsor information.

  2. The system prepares

Website updates and a schedule of social posts, drafted from that information.

  3. A club representative reviews

A nominated person checks, edits or declines each item before anything is published.

✓ Nothing goes public without approval
  4. Approved content goes out

Updates appear on the website and posts go out on schedule.

This shows how the service works in practice. It isn't a description of an existing client project.

Photography & content

Current images for a whole season of updates.

Fresh portraits and team photos make every update look like your club today. Through our creative partner, LJC Sports, clubs can arrange sports photography and media days.

We then organise those images, along with your logos and branding, so they're ready to use across the website, social posts and sponsor material all season.

  • PreseasonPlayer portraits and team photos for rego and squad announcements
  • In seasonMatch-day previews, results and player features
  • FinalsTeam images ready the moment the draw is out
  • Year roundSponsor thank-yous and website imagery

Early partners

We're welcoming our first clubs.

Club Builder is developing this service now, and we'd like to hear from clubs interested in a focused pilot.

We run our own business on the same agent-assisted workflows we offer, so we use and refine them every day.

  • One or two areas your club cares about most
  • A clear, agreed scope before anything starts
  • Regular check-ins with your nominated contact
  • Your club approves anything that goes public
